Solar Manufacturing of Telford, PA has received an order for a complete replacement hot zone for a Vacuum Furnace Systems (VFS) model HL-26 to be delivered to Dayton Progress in Dayton, OH.

The hot zone will consist of 1" compressed graphite foil board, backed by two (2) ½" layers of graphite felt insulation.

Improvements include:
• High velocity graphite gas nozzles for improved cooling.
• An additional layer of graphite felt insulation for improved thermal efficiency while maintaining the work zone size.
