Solar Manufacturing of Souderton, PA has received an order for a complete all metallic replacement hot zone for a Vacuum Furnace Systems (VFS) model HL-36EQ-2 from Iron Bound Heat Treating in Roselle, NJ.

The hot zone will consist of a .015" thick molybdenum hot face and backed by two (2) layers of .010” molybdenum and two (2) layers of .018” stainless steel. Included are molybdenum elements.

The hot zone is scheduled for delivery in November 2006.
