Solar Manufacturing of Souderton, PA has received an order for a complete replacement hot zone for an Abar Ipsen model HR-50x48 from Williams International in Ogden, UT.

The hot zone will consist of a .040" thick FlexShield hot face backed by four (4) layers of graphite felt insulation.

Improvements include:

• Energy efficiency of more then 25%.
• High velocity graphite gas nozzles for improved cooling and reduced cycles.
• Durable graphite curved elements replace the molybdenum.

The hot zone is scheduled for delivery in January 2006.
